Salary is good. You can prefere this company if you want to get some client interview experience.

Bad working culture, they will treat you as a school student. There is no project, because they are consultancy.

Cool company, Beginners can learn a lot, work life balance is good (depends on the dept), Package is good when you join

Dislikes

One client dependent, Work/HR culture needs to be improvised a lot, job security is less as I could see people often being fired especially when they don't have project in clients place

Very awesome company.. If you perform better career will be awesome. Nice environment, Better smooth work culture, Good compensation and benefits, need to focus more insurance policy while choosing them hence employee gets more benefits (As company is heavily spending on policy)

Dislikes

I feel nothing to dislike actually. There were minor internal politics earlier due to few HR and Manager, now it's getting changed step by step by management.. They have only one major client (small clients are there) but they have to build their client portfolio so if an employee payrolls gets over he can be deployed to other clients where employee also feels more secured (However ARi gives three months secured job package for their employees)

Very average company profile, suitable for junior developers and engineers coming from rural. Operational policies and tools are not really found.

Dislikes

Please remember the ARI company culture and people are cat-3 private company standards only. But purely your chance of getting to the billable long term project.

Majority of Employees are taken in with family relationships and recommendations. They spoiled my career for their mistake. This is my personal experience.

Dislikes

Organization make decisions for their benefits. Organization will not will not think for employees.
