Salary on time and Amit sir our vice president is the best person i meet

As we know it is a bank but we are not receiving any of the benefits which is relates to bank like bank holidays we should having every bank holidays and government holiday, not getting O.T,when we are extending the shift. Working with 4 week offf in a month cant possible, hope it will change

None fulfillment of commitments from managment is common issue here.

...ife balance here,sometimes we have to work on holidays also by doing activities. Compensation policy of bank is too lethargic. organisation is moving forward with impractical approach.

Teammates are very supportive and loves to complete work Within a period of time and Many of Team leaders are Friendly and Motivational.

I dislike about the Salary hike will not get increments for long years

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.

The work culture lacks a positive atmosphere, with no work-life balance. Salary growth is inconsistent, and there is a noticeable presence of internal politics.
