I have been working at AU Small Finance Bank full-time from last six months. A great place to work with amazing team and staff giving guidance and direction where required.

Dislikes

Have very small work space No good salary for good working person. Management don't know about the low level working person who is working hard and giving more than 100% to bank

... three closing in each month like micro closing, mini closing & Final closing. Better company/bank for those who have a handsome salary package because there is incentive process for credit & sales team but nothing for legal team. If I talk about yearly increment so it's not soo good as AU is becoming a big brand in market.

Friendly environment no any kind of politics I have ever seen there. Management is soo good. Best part of AU bank is HR team they continue ask to each & every employee regarding any problems if employee facing or any kind of misconduct. Overall my experience is soo good in AU bank as a legal manager.

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

...to sells team for cost cutting so in this difficulty time they as me to resign Now they only need TO plus valuer so that they dont need to pay external valuer.

1 long working hours as bank's customer service timing is 9-6 2.Poor Gl rate even though they expects u to do 10 lakh GL every month. 3. Poor job security,they can ask you anytime to leave job and HR is just puppet. 4.Work culture is very poor they judge u for each n every thing .

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.
