The work culture lacks a positive atmosphere, with no work-life balance. Salary growth is inconsistent, and there is a noticeable presence of internal politics.

Other than few fun loving teams. Salary comes on time.

The culture is full on nepotism and politics. Want to get appraisal, be best friends with Manager. Everyone is scared of Management, cu they basically own the company and can run however they want. Worst Human Resource, no learning, no talking to employees for their problems, basically just their to stop your pay, extend notice period. No bonus if you're leaving organization, no bonus if you join late, no bonus till 6 months when it should be paid.

Work culture is pathetic, company policies, HR no pne cares about their employees. There is no growth. Management is not terrible. You will not be allowed to take leaves. So much micromanagement. During covid times, all back end teams have to come. If someone is found covid +ve only 3-4 people immediately surrounding that people were quarenteen and not the entire bay.. This is not just my review but the collective review of 20 people.

Culture, Management, super greedy nature. Even after a huge profit. They are not giving a single penny hike, no increment, no bonus.

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.
