Job Purpose :

Functional Role : Business Analyst Govt Business Banking

Qualification : BTech/BE, MTech, MCA/BCA, MBA

Vertical : Government Business - IT

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Department : IT

Relevant Experience : 2 - 5 Yrs. of experience.

Functional Competencies :

- Business Analyst experience in banking industry with exposure to govt. business banking projects is must

- Implementation knowledge of PFMS, RPP, IFMS or any state or central schemes in any bank.

- Must have integration knowledge (SOAP, REST, etc.)

- Must have exposure to agile project methods.

Behavioral Competencies :

- Good in written and verbal communication skills

- Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work well with different teams with minimal supervision

- Maintain relation with all stake holder to achieve goals within the framework

Job Responsibilities :

- Work closely with wheels business team and Analyze, Design and document business and integration

requirements.

- Prepare and document business Requirements, use cases. Keep any documentation up to date with new

releases and changes.

- Support business in creating system processes for Cross sell/Upsell strategies.

- Co-ordinate with development team to ensure the solution is developed with acceptable quality, tested,

and rolled out for business based on the documented requirements.

- Support develop test cases and plans to complete the unit testing and support System testing.

- Support partners and testing teams for integration and acceptance testing phases.

- Assume ownership and accountability for the assigned deliverables through all phases of the development

lifecycle.

- Review Test case documents, Test Data, test plan.

- Develop Recommendations and provide solutions to business operations.

- Identify and implement best practices for better efficiency.

- Set priority on work product as per the agreed iteration goals

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :

- Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government

regulations.

- Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and

security designs.
