The organization offers great opportunists for young professionals to work at important projects. The senior staffs are friendly and are always open for discussions.

This puts immense pressure on young engineers who are now expected to handle work and responsibilities beyond their pay scale and experience. For the same reason work life balance is also getting affected as one has to sit late to complete tasks.

...nt and work culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and provide average salary hike. But for the last 2-3 years company was not able to manage hike salaries and regular payment of salary.

Dislikes

In my views, some of the company's management employees are less responsive to their duty. They are least bothered to respond to employee's problems at site. Even does not feel to talk with the employee to know reason of leaving the organization.

Only the thing to like about in Bangalore office is fixed salary that they offer.

false promise by the hiring team, AC doesn't works no proper office & IT infrastructure no oven to heat food no pantry in office toilets are old and nonfunctional some time management is typical money minded travel budget is very low

1) Salary credit timely. 2) opportunities are given to work on international projects. 3) Skill upgradation program for interested candidates. 4) Supportive & problem-solving higher management

Dislikes

1) Lacking in business /projects winning in various sectors. 2) Unorganized micromanagement, not properly structured in delivery 3) Lacking in IT sector (Adequate resources are not there like softwares , good computers.)

Hard core engineering which is missing after the take over by assystem.

Dislikes

The new management is discriminating between old employees and the new employees. All the perks and benefits are been given to the new ones in terms of compensation and the old employees before takeover are thrown in one corner
