...u have previlage leave in your hand. They shout at you for any mistake you make. The payment of salary is also delayed by 2 months.

Likes

Earlier the company used to be good. Earlier we had job security and management was very supportive. Not now.

Dislikes

...is no scope for growth. Hierarchy is everything for even smallest of facilities. Long delay in payment of salary components. Even salary gets delayed. Attrition rate is very high and people are leaving out of frustration. Work load of the people leaving is dumped on people staying back.

Likes

The experience and the reputation of the company in the industry is huge. Great work exposure and innovative designs helps us grow and enable us to compete with other competitors. The work timings are 9:00am-5:30pm, but when work demands, office hours may extend till midnight to complete the tasks, every now and then. Which I assume, is common in any organization. Work-life balance is good from my experience. But working from home is not at all appreciated by the organization even for emergencies. Providing lunch and evening snacks in the office is very well appreciated. But without a cafeteria to enjoy the meal, employees find it difficult to socialize with colleagues. Also, work satisfaction in overall is good.

Dislikes

Employee benefits and pay scale is not at all at par with parent L&T construction and other companies in the same industry. No free transport, team outings, house rental benefits, gymnasium, Cafeteria, and so on is not provided by the company which are all basic requirements for any office in the corporate world.

Likes

Job is secure here, work culture is good in our division (T&T), management is needs to be little bit flexible in its policies which does not affect the company. Employees are provided with lunch daily, which is decent enough.

Dislikes

Salary is comparitively low with respect to other companies. Appraisal does not fetch you much increments. Because of work culture and challanging works which we are getting makes us motivated to work here. Our work involves travel, i hate travelling for very long duration as we need to stay away from family for long.

Likes

Everyone is allowed working from home. Which is the best move. Keeping all safe at home we are completing our targets.

Dislikes

Type of work is very good. Which helps us to grow more and learn more. But the amount of salary given is very low as compared to market rate. Sice two years we have not got any increment in salary. I am working here for 4 years and still my salary is just little more than a fresher Engineer. This is really disappointing. Also leaving at 6.30 pm is supposed to be crime. No work life balance. Working for extra time is a bad culture here. This is due to improper management of organization.
