Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

Dislikes

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.

Everyday sales pressure, stress will be triple times of the salary you are getting. Even if you are in projects sales then you will be having everyday target. If you didn't finished, the managers will use their local languages.

Competitive salary -the salary is good and competitive.  Good benefits: the company provides good benefits.  Good culture: the work culture is good.  Job rotation: the company has good job rotation.  Learning: the pay and learning is good.  Continuing education support: The company offers continuing education support.  Discount on company products: Employees receive a discount on company products.  Need-based sick leaves: The company offers need-based sick leaves.  Voluntary Provident Fund: The company offers a voluntary Provident Fund

Long hours the work hours are long, and that they have to work weekends and have no time off

Terrible working culture,no respect for employees even manager involved in it they humiliated new joiners also experienced person. No value for hard work if you make one mistake your job in tourble. Worst working culture only showoff nothing for work life balance.
