Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Salary and benefits is one thing but unique thing about APL is that it is actually an employee centric company. Best eg i can think of is COVID where many companies laid of long loyal employees. APl held us tight and rather provided interim bonus alongwith the other benefits. Its because company has long term vision good planning and a systematic process.

Salary and Company no doubt best as per industry standards.

Dislikes

The negative sides are toxic work culture and no work life balance, no promotion and growth for old employees in executive cadre. People leave the job because of their Boss not because of the Company.

The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Asian paint enough for a fantastic dining experience.”

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market standards. Promotions are up to your boss not on your capabilities, skills and performance. Work life balance is not there you have to be available 24X7 Late seating culture in company. No matter how long does you stay in night if you are late than five minutes in morning you have to mark your leaves

Work load with unconditional stress. This is major issue having all departments and seniors are not ready to accept this reality and in any day to day work complete delegations are happening. Not having hybrid work model
