I made really good frnds 💯 soon they will leave this organization too once they get good opportunity and shine like a shooting star 🌠💯 and I am talking about the core Piller of this company.

... LOP. If you are coming from other good organization please don't join here. The cost for your good salary hike will be your mental health and no family time because they will make you wait till late. Unhealthy environment with fake positivity. This company is in co-working soo basically they don't have proper seating arrangement. All the decision are taken by co-founder Every decision. Hr don't have any kind of power. TLs don't have any kind of power . Micro managed company . Every decision goes on pending because every thing is approved by co-founder. You as employee will feel like, this small small decision should be taken right away but it will go for approval of co-founder. Some one rightly said sindhi ko banniya mill gaya 💯
