1) I personally didn't like the way Upper management behaves 2) It's good to emphasize on learning but it shouldn't be like be a herd mentality. Just because you are paying us, that doesn't mean you can push people to take up FIs even when not mandatory and also do tones of mandatory courses, while at same time working for the client project. This is too dynamic situation, varying from person to person so have a hard rule doesn't work. They, of all, should know this. 3) No matter how streamlined any organisation is, you always have to be sugar sweet unnecessarily.

Almost everything!! Travelling 5 days a week after covid! Working almost 13-15hrs in office No office shuttle Working on weekends No hike! Where in which company you have seen where they increase your project allocation by month to month basis knowing the project is 5+years long! (Welcome to your big4) Managers verbally treat you unprofessionally! Company rum by bunch of hooligans from the industry!! They don't have families i think hence they are on 6+hrs of call!! Just go away even if you have any offers!
