Politics, politics and politics by all upper authority at site... From Project manager to site manager at all level... Each department manager everytime doing politics to low level engineer to assistant manager level..... Most faltu department at site is Admin and Hr.....

They have lot of work coz of this one can learn a lot of new things. You will get ur salary before 18...19 every month.

If u are not performing as per the company benchmark then sooner or later they will kick u out for sure.

Company is good. Salary on time since 3-4 years. Sill development depends on yourself. No work limits if you are capable you can learn .

Career growth is slow for long term perspective. Only I feel this issue. Overall is good company.
