Even drivers and operators reportedly face coercive tactics aimed at dominance and control. 2. Safety and Employee Treatment: Several reports suggest the involvement of external forces to threaten or intimidate employees. This behavior allegedly extends to hiring individuals to physically harm employees who challenge policies or practices. Such incidents create a highly stressful and unsafe workplace. 3. Lack of Proper Documentation: Employees report never receiving experience letters upon departure, making it difficult for them to verify their employment with APCO. 4.
