ALSO SALARY SHOULD BE ON HOLD IF EMPLOYEE IS ON LEAVE. NO FULL & FINAL / NO RELIEVING LETTER THEY PROVIDE TO EMPLOYEE IF RESIGNED. NO EMPLOYEE INDUCTION POLICY. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDEING NO DUES / CLEARANCE TO EMPLOYEE .

Company working approach don't have any professionalism. Salary will get as per the commitment, always one month salary will be in their hand
