.... Perfect platform for the people with hard work and having a positive attitude. salary and incentive are par ahead with any other competitors. Career growth is slow and needs personal monitoring from the HOD to assess individual strengths and weeknesses. working environment is predominently good and carries a huge branding in market.

Leave policy is very bad for outer Hyderabad staff, you have CL,SL and EL but you can apply only one type of leave, you can't mixed two types of leave Reference culture in company is very bad thing, if you have relation with higher level staff you get promotion, increment very quickly otherwise very difficult

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

... fact they force to come to site on Sunday and public and national holidays to.. salary is very very least in the industry compare to other construction companies in hyd.

People wishing at Aparna is only for necessity like me and if opportunity come. We all will come out of this company.
