Quality team(few people) is very worst in few sites like aparna sarovar zenith (santosh tarai) apm is very worst he is having full ego whatever he say we should accept that or else he will attack personally and spoil your name with higher officials of site.

compensation is not decent, but growth is not slow. The work is very high. sometimes, i have to work minimum hours straight in a day as i have not to attend client calls in the evening and sometime lat in to the night. managers do value an individuals' unique strengths. overall company is good.

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

... fact they force to come to site on Sunday and public and national holidays to.. salary is very very least in the industry compare to other construction companies in hyd.

People wishing at Aparna is only for necessity like me and if opportunity come. We all will come out of this company.

1. No worklife balance 2. Internal group politics(mainly two communities) 3. If you are employe also you didn't get proper response from HR dept. 4. No holidays in site.(Even national holiday's also).
