...metimes rotating shifts. Career growth is slow.Lots of politics within the team.Salary and appraisal were good. Work life bal was fine initially later they increased work pressure a lot.

Had worked with this company for around 3 yrs.HAd done my best to deliver the targets however when they got to know i am pregnant they tried all the best to chuck me out of the company. In my 3 months of pregnancy not a single day they allowed me to live in peace.I stayed in borivali and my work place was kandivali , they stated forcing me to travel to andheri , when i denied they asked me to put down my papers . they couldn't tell me directly to leave as it is against the law so they started finding loop holes in my work by insisting to stay back after my shift timings and increasing the targets. Teammates were always jealous of my package. They felt been a cse how one can earn more than a manager.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's incentives and the salary which they used to give before pandemic.

salary is on time every year there is a promotion and its good to learn new things My teams support me alot My Manager Yachana Ma'am always support me everytime she encourage me that i can do it Rohit sir is also a great person He understand the problems of the employee and finds quick solution Krishna the great TL i got in Health total He is a more like a best friend he always support his team and stand for the team.
