Company culture is good, other benefits are also better as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

New hiring is worst they don't even know how to build sentence. Promotion is almost pre-planned, less chances of promotion, salary will be capped after 3 years and then no increment, And bonus and rewards are nothing now . Amazon is no longer Amazon.

Good leave policy.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. No growth. Low pay to manage the cost of living. Outliers are rewarded. Bad training. Constant policy changes that affect the customer. When you request for a leave, you hear about shrinkage a lot, for cases when you need that leave for being sick, grieving, family in the hospital etc ....

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Dislikes

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company
