Initially facilities were good enough, bonuses, management was kind enought to like the company. Nowadays, we can’t say the same.

Dislikes

The management is so toxic, whole lot of politician personalities. Now, no perks, no bonus, no promotion, no growth and day to day reduction in basic facilities in the name of cost cutting.

Likes

Great salary for a fresher and they will hike salary for every six months without any delay. Get lot of benefits from the company and wonderful work culture.Mostly Manager's are friendly some 1 -3 managers are hectic. Login and logout are excellent timings No overtime work.

Dislikes

No job security and just hire for mostly 3- 6 months and end the role by saying business requirements are completed. Policies get updated or changed for every 3- 4 months and get a documented feedback for every mistake without any first warning or information before.

Company culture, work-life balance, and Job security are amazing. Almost all team managers are the best you'd find anywhere.

However, if you're an L2 or L3. You don't have a good salary or opportunities to learn new skills or to grow within the organization. Growth is there but it's way too slow. Overall you may not be satisfied at L2 or L3 role(s).

Best part of working is that the company actually pays you for your work. Pay scale is most satisfactory.

Dislikes

Protocols and policies are the, but not all executives follow them, and hence person following it suffers. Further, no action is taken for the agents doing malpractices in the name of resolving customer's issue(s).

There are so many internal politics and favourism going on and I am highly disappointed.Some of the managers are very arrogant and not supportive that really leads to stress.Eventhough I voiced out regarding this during my resignation they somehow covered up everything and in the end asusual L2 was blamed.This should be changed and those managers who are not treating employees well should be fired immediately.
