Teammates & staff is very supportive .Good work environment & culture . Company policies are really good & they give salary hike and bonus .

I was on contractule base so I didn't find any dislikes about Amazon in such a short period.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
