Salary gets credited within time.. If you are on leave or week offs, nobody will contact you during that time.

Dislikes

Shift timings are bad.. Policy very rigid that neither helps customer nor the csa.. Performance goals are unexpectedly higher.. Management is well aware of these facts but I don't see any improvement..

Likes

Work environment is amazing. Easy to get leaves even in some urgent situation they approve leaves and understand your problems. Respect between colleagues and seniors.

Dislikes

...o take primary calls only in the name. of senior team and business requirements. Salary is lesser than swiggy/ Zomato delivery guys in L2 roles. L3 are also not that satisfied. Hard to get promotions, if you have patience and no pressure to get promoted earlier you can invest 6-7 years. They hire mostly for the contractual roles and fire them even if they are performing well in the name of business requirements that means when sales are over they will fire you if you're not permanent employee saying that thre is no requirement but there existing employees will have to handle that huge call flow. Even the specialist teams bound to take primary calls only. So there is no concept of senior and specialist team. Only managers don't take calls. They just pressurize you for your performance

...n in the virtual work every tool was handy. Company's work culture is very good. Salary is quite good for freshers. Great company to not just start your career but to even settle.

Dislikes

Salary is too low for experienced candidates as experienced and freshers are considered for the same salary structure slab. There's politics in the management and they do anything in the name of business requirement.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. There is no work life balance. You have to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. 2. Favoritism prevails at Amazon, especially in terms of growth. 3. They terminate atleast 7% employees annually which is mandatory as part of the annual performance evaluation cycle. It is completely data based and not situation based. Leadership doesn't remove the hurdles in meeting the goals and later, put all the blame on you. Hence, no job security. 4. Most of the time, you will be working on repeated tasks. Hence, no skill development and work satisfaction.
