...perks. One specific major good thing is the benifits one gets from this company. Yearly hike percentage is Average to Good and Bonus is a plus. Working extra hours has added benefits in few processes, other wise in common working over time hours is payable by the company(not all companies pay you for your over time effort). According to work pressure, i would say it is lesser compared to other companies i have seen or heard of so far. When you get a manager that has a heart to give you all the opportunity that's available without restraining it then we can grow to next and next level. Overall you'll never regret working at Amazon at any cost :)

Dislikes

Sometimes your growth or recognition is purely based on how your manger is. If you are get a manager that helps you grown and gives you all the extra learning platforms and time for it then it's the best you have got but otherwise or vice-versa if you get a manager and team that doesn't let you grown and doesn't give you space to express your ideas then that too bad, maybe that would definitely be the worst that can happen to you.

Lot has changed in Amazon for the past 2 years it's not the same company because growth has been stagnant lot of office politics and every quarter there will be new alignment in the teams

There is no job security and the work politics between levels and managers is very prevalent in the company. No career growth unless you stick it up the the managers and higher level. No worth being good in the company. Cheating and loyalty towards few chosen people only works.

Best part of the Amazon which I felt was salary part, which got credited on time, a meal card called pluxee and bonus on yearly basis that's it.

Amazon is a global brand in the entire world but the management is very pathetic and with toxic managers. They don't have brains to differentiate between what is right and what is wrong, only they are in the favours of their feet licking puppets who are always roaming around them. If a person is giving his or her 100% at his work place still the managers and the operation manager will poke you for so so reasons... Baised and discrimination culture among LGBTQ community. They says that we support LGBTQ as we have the diversity culture at Amazon but it's all fake and manipulating statement.
