I've been laid off during the COVID-19 situation after 6 years of service. I've no job and surviving since 2 months without salary and 3 kids to provide.

Politics, company is not at all focused for the employees

...its work culture! I've never seen such open minded free work environment before. Apart from that, everything is great, especially the compensation and the appraisals! Really one of the best companies to work in!

1. Work from home. 2. After you logout there is no need to think about work.

Dislikes

1. Low salary to tenured employees compared to new joiners 2. Unrealistic performance expectations. 3. Expects us to handle 1 email + 1 call or 1 email + 2 chats simultaneously and also perform like chat gpt 4. They will always find a way to blame the associate even if its the process, SOP, tool issue 5. Will always beg you to do OT just so that managers can show off their teams contribution which will help their promotion. 6. Always complaining on team meetings that team is not meeting the goal and we should work harder than we already are.

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

...etitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.
