Good pay and work life balance.

At LMAQ, for simple work, they hire at unreasonable rate and after few months work dries up. More head count and less work(mediocre) causes drop in productivity and monthly performance metrics. Soon it becomes a rat race for promotion with little skill development and just numbers.

Likes

Good supportive managers. Work life balance is good. Good office environment. Option to work overtime. They give 44 days leave in a year which is great. Also management is supportive as they reduced my notice period from 30 days to 15 days on my request due to father's medical condition.

Dislikes

...ained might not be useful in other companies. Slower career growth in this role. Salary not as per industry standards & not justified as per experience. Pay decided is non negotiable. Overtime payout is made after 1 month.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Career growth for this particular role is quite slow.

No job security Will give you package more than what you are expecting target based job in all domains will be on radar all the time. This is not to discourage others if you feel you can work under pressure from all direction you can grow very well.
