Likes

Good supportive managers. Work life balance is good. Good office environment. Option to work overtime. They give 44 days leave in a year which is great. Also management is supportive as they reduced my notice period from 30 days to 15 days on my request due to father's medical condition.

Basically this is a ticketing role so work is monotonous and not suitable for someone who likes to learn new things or take up challenges. The experience gained might not be useful in other companies. Slower career growth in this role. Salary not as per industry standards & not justified as per experience. Pay decided is non negotiable. Overtime payout is made after 1 month.

Do not have any issue with the company.But the profile that I have worked for is totally a scam.Their purpose is to hire people for 2-3 months,and fire before the time of confirmation without providing adequate training.Job security is not at all there.So,joining or getting an opportunity in such a reputed company is really a blessing,but joining in this profile is suicidal.
