You have to work 14 hrs a day that to without OT, and it’s like a school , they set unrealistic target. If you raise any issues or complaints then they will target you. And they didn’t come up with solutions instead they come up with justification. Overall it’s not a good organisation they just treat you like slave. Especially in CMT department.
