Management is self centred .no proper communication.nothong much to learn ,They will sign a bond and harrash you till you drop a resignation within service agreement period and later pay 2L + dues...so not recommended at all,

Management is not supportive. Didn't provide company systems during covid 19 lockdown. Employes were asked to used personal systems. Office politics. Company Policies are not employee friendly.

If you are lagging in something then sometimes manager will target you. No increament as per expectation In free time you have to prepare documents for new joinee

Excellent work life balance.

Skill development of lower grade employees is very less.Any vague work can be assigned to you irrespective of your skill set. No parents mediclaim policy in 21-22 year as employee strength is less so premiums very high as communicated by HR dept almost 30-40k. U have to use ur own personal laptop to work in wfh. No reimbursement of maintenance bills for laptops. Shift allowance stopped during covid times.
