1. Company didn't provide work station for wfh and asked to use personal system. 2. No reimbursement for personal system maintenance used during wfh. 3. No parental insurance. 4. None of the policies are in favour of employees. 5. Compulsory 90 notice period. No bought out option. 6. Delayed appraisal cycle. 7. Loyalty bonus which is part of CTC is given after every 2 years.

No parents mediclaim policy in 21-22 year as employee strength is less so premiums very high as communicated by HR dept almost 30-40k. U have to use ur own personal laptop to work in wfh.
