Job Title: US Recruitment Lead

Location: PUNE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US Recruitment Lead to oversee and streamline our hiring efforts for the US market. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, US hiring practices, and a proven track record of leading recruitment teams to success. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring top talent acquisition aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  2. Recruitment Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the US market.
    • Analyze hiring trends and optimize sourcing channels.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior leadership.
  4. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  5. Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to US labor laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies during the hiring process.
  6. Technology and Tools:
    • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline recruitment operations.
    • Evaluate and recommend tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience:
    • 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in the US job market, including familiarity with sourcing platforms, visa processes, and labor laws.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for recruitment metrics.
    • Expertise in using ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn, or similar tools).
  4. Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of US labor laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment types (full-time, contract).
    • Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends.

Preferred:

  • SHRM or PHR certification.
  • Experience recruiting for tech and non-tech roles in the US market.
  • Proven success in scaling recruitment operations for growing organizations.
