People are helpful. Environment is very employee friendly. There are many benefits to employee in terms of salary and facilities

Work is very slow hence hands on experience suffers and you have to prove your competence to get work rather than work given to you.

Likes

Good package..for some projects you get to work on macbook pro, flexible work hours.

Dislikes

1. Shift timings are very odd, calls will start at 8-9 pm to upto 10.30, also office timing 2-11. 2.Manager will keep appreciating people close to them, new joiners get very different treatment .At the time of appraisal many negative feedback are given to bring down ratings. 3.Similar type of work makes it monotonous.

Being a insurance company it asks employees to pay for the insurance of the parents and has 5k restrictions on the room rent which is too less for the current situation. Employee Insurance policy needs revision.

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.
