Work is very slow hence hands on experience suffers and you have to prove your competence to get work rather than work given to you.

Likes

Good package..for some projects you get to work on macbook pro, flexible work hours.

Dislikes

1. Shift timings are very odd, calls will start at 8-9 pm to upto 10.30, also office timing 2-11. 2.Manager will keep appreciating people close to them, new joiners get very different treatment .At the time of appraisal many negative feedback are given to bring down ratings. 3.Similar type of work makes it monotonous.

Free transport ,Good salary , goodies, team outing , Good learning in some teams , no much politics All are friendly and helpful since they are here since years

Actually IJP not so easy here , u can't switch technology easily

The company is Good. Good Compensation,Lots of technologies to work. You'll get good work depends on the project.

MAIN concern is the people around you. For me, it's NOT the best(not the worst either). Team is not that helpful or I don't feel comfortable with these people. I had a technical discussion with one of the managers,for an internal project management cement, Sorry to say, it was the worst experience, he wants to know about my PAST(14 years back stories) ,and started behaving absolutely arrogant( sorry to say that, but there is no other way to describe). People are very busy, and I don't feel comfortable here. Expectations are huge. Honestly, I won't recommend to anyone, unless they're ready to work in such environment. My manager told me,there is no allowance for weekend support, not sure if it's true. AGAIN, IT TOTALLY DEPENDS ON THE PROJECT YOU'RE IN. I am a new joinee, so can't say much pros or cons.

Lack of management. No proper time management. They threat that if you don’t resign they will fire and give negative feedback in BGV
