Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.

I want to make a clarification regarding the annual pay of cabin crew in Air India as given here, which is completely false. Their annual pay sums up to only around 2.5 lakhs maximum and their monthly pay with normal flying hours does not even reach ₹25,000. They’(Air India) are literally exploiting and taking advantage of their hardworking employees who can’t even submit a single complaint or raise their voice regarding their pay. Atleast I hope through this they’ll have a better shot at getting their pay raised. WORST AIRLINE EVER FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES( CABIN CREW)

There is no competitive salary package. Hardly one can avail their own Leaves. No paternity leave, no leave encashment, no zed tickets, no buddy pass, company discounted tickets are also not confirm ticket its only on subject to availability of the seat! Promotions are due from ages. No internal growth at all.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
