The only thing I like about the company is that it is one of the renowned company in india.

Dislikes

I hate the fact they don't treat the employees good, they can make you resign forcefully, they will treat you as if you are only dedicated to them, no work life balance, no sick leaves, no good flight.

Absolutely unethical company. They promise certain things during the interview process however back off later. These people claim to be employee friendly however they are absolutely not. They turn a blind eye towards their employees facing financial crunch and force them to relocate without any financial support. HR s do not respond and crew welfare department is a big joke

Working with Air India gives an immense opportunity to learn new things. The company belongs to Tata group's which needs no introduction. Having said so we all Air Indians have a job security which no other Air Lines can provide.

Dislikes

I won't say I dislike however, I prefer to say many things are in transition phase because of which we as a crew sometimes have to undergo issues related more hours of flying, no PL's and GOFF. Well, I am sure with times things would be sorted out and Tata would lead the world in the Air Line industry
