Okay Salary. Employee Travel policy. Immediate coworkers. Learning opportunities.

Dislikes

5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.

There are b787-9 aircrafts so you get a chance to learn and gain experience.

Dislikes

...tally unprofessional when you ask for leave he'll treat you like a street dog . There is no work life balance and neither is there any good compensation.

Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.

No increment and no appraisals.no compliments.no facilities.contractual job.no professionalism.

Likes

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1)Even if you are knee to work your another colleague will drag you down and make things slow and inefficient. 2)Less job security as job was offered on contract basis. 3)Admin never did their work properly which made us suffer all the time.(Even after 10 months leaving the company I am not getting my PF issue resolved. I am following up constantly on mails). 4)No increment.
