Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.

No increment and no appraisals.no compliments.no facilities.contractual job.no professionalism.

I used to like the work culture when it was a part of government. Medical benefits. Travel perks.

Dislikes

..., they have created a complete ruckus and things are going from bad to worse. The Salary structure hasn't improved. The attrition rate is all time high due to no job satisfaction.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture, Allowance, Salary, Management, Company Shoe highly uncomfortable caused me health issues and they didn't even took care of it. Mentally harrassing is their favourite thing it seems.
