Yes i am grateful for the advantages you get about the staff travel allowance which lets you travel in airplanes on a minimum fare but other than that I don’t think there’s anything else to like for atleast from the employee point of view

...correction but more like a warning to the crew. it really sucks in this company. And for everything you do for the company the pay they provide to the crew is peanuts. literally so less i think if you work on yourself for the time you give to this company you will earn much more than you can ever imagine. it’s just a waste of time and energy and your potential working with this company which does not care about their employees at all. (When i speak about all of this I think many people would agree on the statement i’ve given ive spoken for many people when ive said all of this)

We used to stay at the best hotels during layovers. That makes Vistara better than other airlines.

Dislikes

...take a sick leave, you have to go to the office next day with your prescription. They dont care if you get well within a day or not, but you have show up if you dont want a pay cut. Management thinks that they are God. They treat everyone, especially cabin crew, as a slave. There are no perks, no proper medical benefits, leaves were limited and that too have to be planned at the beginning of the year. Overall worst company to work for. And even after sacrificing so much, they pay you peanuts.

Poor management, no employees benefit,lot of work load . Less pay. Forced to work dnt have leave benefits as in we have to plans leave once in a year to avail it . In an urgency we have no rights to even ask a leave. No proper channel to connect with higher management.

Travelling and visiting different places wasa part of this job. Explored so many countries and cultures around the globe. Mesmerizing experience overall

No work home balance, low pay, boring after a while.

Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.

No increment and no appraisals.no compliments.no facilities.contractual job.no professionalism.
