The only bright side is the fellow crew who make it easy in the depressing culture of this company. The only support is the PPE KIT on floor flights, the purpose of which is lost since we put it on after entering the aircraft.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Working environment is not the best, however if not for the support of fellow crews it would not be possible to endure these terrible work conditions. It's a great company run down by poor management decisions , corrupt government of the past , unreasonable government of the present and internal politics. Poor career progression andsalaries are a joke. I would not recommend this airline to anyone at this point in time...Read More

Work Details

It's been nothing but struggle ..I can't put it in words enough how bad it has been.. salaries have taken a nose dive ..I have had just one meaningful promotion in 15 years .. interestingly salaries allowances have been cut by 65%..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
