Reprorting manager she deducted my salary without inform me very unprofessional behavior while i am resigned. I have served 11 year in pantaloons but after moving seniors behaving like this so bad

...9 categories - No leaves given - No admin to manage hotels and travel bookings. A low salary employee is asked to pay all the expenses from his pocket and book tickets amid so much work. - calendars are made in such a manner that it doesn’t include designers timelines. Designers are asked to make entire range with tech packs for all categories in barely 3 days. Hence not a good company for designers. - No trainings for employees growth. - Reimbursement issues - Doesn’t pay well, with no increment, and no PLA given which is part of employees salary.

Skill learning is high in the organization. Organization has strict policies adherence

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.

Working environment is good, excellent program for learnings & well path for growth. I'm very proud to be a part of such a great organisation.
