Overall all field has given better work opportunity ,In-store growth opportunities to longtime working employees ,bonus and incentives system,customer care ,Staff benefits and allowances and consider employees feedback and best work place in 2023 HR dept is very active here to any issues his employees in workplace ,to immediate effect solve the problems.

Aditya Birla is a very good company !!in lock down they gave us full salary now they are focusing on our health !from my dept of my heart may Allah bless aditya Birla family , they supported each n every employee in this tough situation like a father

Aditya birla retail The company and process is excellent .I love the fact that I am a part of a team member.our products are market reliable ,high quality products .another point is that my colleague come from various cultural background.

The work personal life balance is VERY terrific, compensation is average ,growth is slow ,the work perssure is GOOD , sometimes I have to work 12 to 14 hours . ESPECIALLY SOME CLUSTER MANAGERS do not value an individual unique strengths,and do not value the HEALTH ,AND PERSONAL LIFE.. * DO NOT VALUE THE HEALTH CONSIUOUS. *DO NOT VALUE THE PERSONAL LIFE . * DO NOT VALUE THE HIGHER STUDIES.

...velop yourself in career, the growth/appraisals are not even satisfactory. 4. Very decent salary, again depends on your performance and appraisals done by reporting manager. 5. Balanced work-life. 6.Best travel policies.
