Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them

Culture at organization level is very good. People at mid and senior management are extremely supportive and polite. If you are honest, hard working and good at your work, every one will appreciate and help you to grow. People are open to feedback and suggestions. Although degree of work differs in all teams, one can have a good work/life balance.

Dislikes

There is discrimination between candidate from Top B schools and other Management institutes in terms of Salary, Perks, Workload, Growth, increment, promotion irrespective of contribution to the organization. Lots of review and meetings eats up the time and energy

Likes

Great organisation to work for, with a very collaborative work culture and a top management with strong foresight. One can be a witness to and a part of the changes in the retail landscape in the country driven by the brand teams across multiple functions. 1. Excellent leave policy 2. Emphasis on learning and development through in-house and external sources. 3. Choice to take up roles across different functions to get an overall understanding of the business. 4. Easy to approach people who are willing to help you grow. Even the topmost management are a call/ email away if need be. 5. Leadership that is fairly transparent with business decisions that negatively or positively affect the company and the employees in particular. 6. Employee discounts that cover almost every need as far as dressing up goes. 7. Liberal work culture and freedom to contribute to business decisions in most teams.

Dislikes

1. Compensation - Especially post covid has been poor. 2. Work environment within certain teams can be extremely toxic with little recourse.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
