No work-life balance, bad leadership and management team Be prepared for working 24/7 :( or else you will tortured until you QUIT) Only take cares of people who work more than 80+ hours per week. Promotions, appraisals are only given to them not everyone I recommend, join the company which follows good standards but not cheap like this

Many Issues 1. Work Timings - No particular time login’s, all day (day, night) active in chat and expect work. (Absolutely No-work life balance) 2. If you’re joining - Get atleast 200 to 300% hike, because you will be working in multiple projects and it’s not simple to create that Ahaa moment in one/two/ three instances Clients expect a lot from these organisations and running all time 24hrs in a day is BAD!!!

1. Flexible when it comes to WFH, WFO and daily logging hours as long as the work is getting done. 2. Diverese problem statements to solve, less montonous. 3. Welcoming collegues and good work culture.

1. None as of now, At times, daily working schedule may differ based on client's availibility.

They only care about clients, no one cares about employees and all they need is you being in a multiple billable projects if not you will treated like a use less donkey roaming around, continuous harassment No respect, more than 12 working hours in a day, most of times in sat & sunday also.
