Good work place, they give good incentives

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow. They don't allows any leave even in case of emergency if you take leave they make you compensate for that day.

...nt is also good. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for entertainment.company policies are so much good they give good salary hike and bonus every year.expressing totally company is so good.

All are good for me . I have no any dislike talk to share .

Nothing to like . the management is worst . No job security and management is with egoistic attitude . If anyone resign .for any genuine reason they put they put them on PIP and terminate . It happened with many people and they give negative rehiring status so the employee can't apply again in the company .

...b security . Whether u are a good performer or tenure employee more than 5 yrs . No good pay . 10 hrs working hours . Everything is worst .

good to work here, but not all deals gives you satisfaction, in some of the deals there is very much pressure about target & they will never give you chance to grow within company. but not all deals do this. at the end this is the best company to work.

salary is very low compare to other MNC in india

Every company does have politics here as well but apart from it an individual work is accurate and efficient no one can stop ur growth and get recognised by client definitely help ur career...
