I like only the company as my husband is in the same company but I am not at happy with the project i work.

The work life balance is zero here, there is no growth, the increament are less, salary is less, the promotions are slow.

Transport facility and Job Security is a plus point of Accenture. Also the internal transfer is also very smooth. You will get WFH but it's depends upon the department you are working. Management is really helpful for your career growth. Note ; If you get hired by Accenture and you want to resign after working for some months or years for whatever reason. Then start your own business or Do freelancing because Accenture is an best MNC you can work on. There is no point choosing another MNC over Accenture. Just a personal opinion

...Some process are not good enough to gain a skill you will learn nothing from it. After sometime it's feel like you are doing it just for salary. 4) Almost zero national holidays which is acceptable according the work you have.

Job security is really good in any circumstances they will not fire you until and unless you break any severe issues

... profit making project which can help you interms of learning and opportunities. Contract system is really disappointed you will be hired on contract basis, consultancy will assure you that you will get contract conversion in 6-12 month but you will end up getting on Accenture payroll after 2 years. So there will be no growth for almost 2 years in terms of pay.
