It a good organisation overall to work with a great work life balance only limitation is the low compensation.

Only major drawback of the company is low compensation to thier employees than its competitors although the work remains the same.

I am working as contractor. So can't say anything.

...n third party. They people doing the same work as compare to regular employee. But difference in the both salary one got 12k and other is getting 20k for same work. I am suggesting you that if you hire on contract at least try to give them same salary.

I enjoyed working in the pressurized work environment because at the end of the month, the salary (which is like the best in industry) makes you feel so proud.

Dislikes

I had to leave since there was problem in my BGC, with no fault of mine. Had this problem not been there, I don't think I would have ever left Accenture. I just wish the BGC team was a little lenient and understood my situation.

Comparative pay.. job security, transport facility, great cafeteria, rest depends on management.

Dislikes

Shift is quite big..its of 9hours and 30minutes..plus coming by company's vehicle they may pick you up two hours prior to office timings.

Working in Accenture is only a brand and a good transport service

Dislikes

...nagers are biased and unethical. May not be same for all but mine were horrible. You are not appreciated, do not get leaves and holydays, extra work without pay and many more.
