Accenture respects and cares for its employees it can be seen in policy as well as on real grounds. Job security is there. And at the end your experience depends on the project you are in.

...is less but higher when compared to its Indian Copmetiters. Politics for Onsite. If joined as fresher then over the time if u dont switch your salary will be less than the lateral of same experience.

Sometimes work go unnoticed, no real benefits apart from salary and most of the projects are internal so no direct exposure to clients and on-site opportunities

Low Salary, no hikes/promotion from last 2 years. Don't have choice on technologies domain. More focused on client and less focus on employees.

... a vendor employee. I'm neither getting benefits from client nor from Accenture. Just the salary, that too very less compared to any other projects. There are very few amazing projects with them. Rest all are just time pass and time & material projects.
