Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

The hybrid work mode allows you to work at comfort and at the same time with colleagues. The learning curve is continuous as Accenture allows to expand your knowledge along with career graph simultaneously.

Salary and celebration could be better for employees to enhance engagement

...m culture and seniors are pretty supportive and always ready to help out anyone. Compensation is pretty good in comparison to other service based companies.

Dislikes

Learning curve/ skill growth with respect to on project application is a bit stagnant otherwise on a general basis, extra skill development supplements being provided are excellent.

The learning ,skill development opportunities given here is really good.

I don't know if this is a thing i experienced ,but i think the appraisal, bonus etc given to existing employees is very less compared to the work load given to them.

Overall it's a good company compared to TCS, Infosys etc as it gives better package, security, better option for Women. They provide cab and shuttle facility. Also have good work environment and can find friendly colleagues. Can get shift allowance and other good benefits like benefits you and reward points in which we can convert that points into credit points in other apps like mayntra, book my show, lifestyle and many more apps in which accenture is collaborated. Have good hikes compared to other MNC's. And promotions depends on the performance of an individual. Accenture is not only into work, it also encourages employee's into other fun activities Aswell.

Not making WFO mandatory.
