They don't force their clients for too much of futuristic stuffs and client employees like them for this happy life policy.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.

They provide good amount of trainings and certifications, their book portal you can find thousands of e books from good authors are available

...cessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.

Dislikes

Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

You can maintain work life balance here. If you want to learn new skills, you will get lot of opportunities by trainings and certifications free of cost.

Dislikes

No salary hike for employees for last one year. Variable amount is very high and you will get paid hardly 10% of it. There is not much extra salary benefit.
