...sick leave/casual leave. All types of leave is deducted from Earned leaves only. In hand salary is very very less. There is no hike. No promotion.

Low salary, very small chance of promotion or climbing up the ladder, impossible to choose the domain in which you want to work in, no benefits, zero learning and you will get stuck in a job that you don't want to do. Especially for BCA graduates and non engineers, it will be the worst decision in life to join Indian IT mnc's.

Big campus, brand, Good for shareholders only.

Dislikes

Not employee oriented. Salary is very low for loyal employees. No career growth. Bad managers. Managers say inappropriate words to their subordinates and HR can't take any actions because they want actual audio or video recording. How's this can be possible. HEAR system is just for show case. Overall if someone wants to spoil their career and self respect, then join Infosys. Infosys is only for shareholders who get dividend regularly. Employees don't get hike regularly.

Infosys provide good platform for freshers to excel in there career. Work life balance, the employee gets more opportunities to develop skills in there respective interest.

Policies, salary and promotion

Likes

Job security and salary ontime. If you get a good client then solid work-life balance as well.

Dislikes

Appraisal are low, they give hike after resignation but by then you get better opportunities and very few stay.
