One of the best places in India for female employees to work due to policies like 50% diversity target, returning mother program, flexible leave policy and no forced night shifts. Not a good place for male employees as all the burdens like night shifts, less slots in promotion due to diversity and hight utilization target will fall into the bucket of male employees. No job security. No onsite opportunity due to direct hiring at onsite. Innovation for name shake only copy paste work. They don't force their clients for too much of futuristic stuffs and client employees like them for this happy life policy.

Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.

Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

You can maintain work life balance here. If you want to learn new skills, you will get lot of opportunities by trainings and certifications free of cost.

Dislikes

No salary hike for employees for last one year. Variable amount is very high and you will get paid hardly 10% of it. There is not much extra salary benefit.

Accenture is great place to work as it provides work life balance. U get good benefits and bonus as well. Projects are also good in Accenture.

Dislikes

Accenture do not provide good projects for the associates/freshers. They put u in the very old technology related project which hampers the growth of the individual and u lack behind in the technology. Also it's upto ur luck also which projects u get!!
