There is no transparency in management. Whenever they will roll off you from project even if you are good at work. You have to maintain good impression(even though you work hard and deliver everything on time and take extra responsibility you have to project it before others to get good percent hike which i didn't do. Not all can do. There are people who didn't work but they just project themselves as working hard infront of others got good hike and promotion). Work life balance is not good.

I got interviewed in Accenture for 24 for dot net application developer. Interview process is good. And also recruitment is fast

...viewed me after these levels of interview they offered less package. Time waste. And also the salary discussion hr is very rude. When I said my query they said you can decline the offer. Without any further discussion. I am positing this here because if anyone can use ful for future.

...nly people can survive without working whi are close with high level leadership. And there is no particular structure and way how they promote the people how they increase salary for some group of people only, etc..

No recognition. Need to work more than 2 projects in a day When appraisal comes there will be play between project managers when working on more than 1 project We exactly don't know who decides our appraisal and ratings Worrest management.

...ning. Work experience depends on the team you are working with.(Mine was good) Can do industry certification at 0 cost(Company will pay for that). Good work-life balance.

Low pay Little professional and technical growth. Less hike. Lots of politics of senior management.

Likes

Learning opportunity is good totally depends on person to person. If someone wants to learn and is proactive of getting what they want to work on NoOne can stop you but communicate as much as you can till you not get what you want. Overall Accenture has good culture and one of the good companies to start as a fresher.

Dislikes

internal Politics , less opportunity given to fresher even after proving themselves, compensation growth is very poor at what you join and when you leave -far from market standards (basically underpaid). Employees not given the projects according to technology they are specialized in (its same condition for both fresher / experienced). Basically you are fooled sometimes but just know before it gets too late. When you take paid/sick leaves in some projects people micromanage and makes you feel guilty for taking it (Time & money projects) (not in my case but usually with my team I had experienced it.
